Archery Instruction...It's about the BASICS

Archery instruction is for beginners and pros. Whether you are just starting out or have been shooting for years, it all comes down to the basics. Your form must be good or all the fancy, and all to often, expensive equipment in the world will not help much more than "close but no cigar".

If you are just getting started you would be well ahead of the game to seek out instruction from a Pro or at least from someone with years of experience.

A Pro can often be found at your local archery shop and or range. What you are looking for is the tried and true basics in FORM, not the latest and greatest gadget.

Spend your time learning to be consistent, try to make every movement the same, from how you nock your arrow and right down to your breathing. That's right even your breathing, the more consistent every movement the more consistent the shot. If it's not repeatable it is not accurate.

Below you will find some good resources that can help if your just getting started or your trying to get a few more X's.

From basics to advanced techniques
